I’m Adam: a software engineer in test with a background in support, training, QA, and automation. I care about making complicated things clearer for the people who use them.
THE STORY SO FAR
From helping customers to helping teams ship.
I started in technical support, learning the products and the problems people ran into every day. That product knowledge led to training, subject matter expertise, QA, and eventually software engineering in test.
That path shapes how I work now. I want to understand the person behind the bug report, the developer trying to reproduce it, and the team trying to make a good release.
These days I build C# automation, investigate UI and data issues, mentor teammates, and explore practical AI-assisted workflows.
